Product Description
Corrosion Inhibitor: Primarily used to mitigate rust and corrosion of non-ferrous metals including silver, copper, lead, nickel and zinc. It readily adsorbs onto metal surfaces and generates a thin, dense and adherent protective film. This barrier isolates the metallic substrate from corrosive media such as water, dissolved oxygen and aggressive ions, halting electrochemical corrosion reactions and preventing metal degradation and discoloration. It is widely deployed in circulating cooling water systems, heat exchangers, air conditioning circuits and various process equipment fabricated with copper and copper alloy parts. It exhibits good compatibility with scale inhibitors, biocides and other conventional water treatment agents, maintaining stable inhibition performance within normal operating pH and temperature ranges.

Product Application
Additive: It can be incorporated into lubricants, protective coatings and synthetic detergents to boost overall product performance and prolong service life. When compounded into lubricating oils and greases, it acts as a metal deactivator to suppress copper-catalyzed oxidation and retard oil degradation. In coating systems, it serves as an anti-tarnish additive to safeguard embedded metallic substrates against discoloration. Within synthetic detergent formulations, it prevents corrosion of metal pipelines and equipment during cleaning cycles.
