Product Description
Poly(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) copolymer (ABS) is a representative two-phase, three-component thermoplastic resin consisting of a continuous poly(styrene-acrylonitrile) copolymer (SAN) phase and a dispersed polybutadiene rubber phase. It appears as either a colorless monoclinic crystal or a white powder.
The material is soluble in cold water, and its aqueous solution exhibits acidic properties. ABS has a melting point of 58.54 ± 0.5 °C and a density of 1.05 g/mL at 25 °C.
