Product Description
Vanillin typically appears as white or milky-white needle-shaped crystals, or a white to pale yellow crystalline powder. It delivers a rich, sweet, creamy vanilla aroma with the classic, well-recognised and pleasant vanilla fragrance, featuring good flavour intensity and sensory consistency for flavour and fragrance compounding.
This product is sensitive to air, light, and moisture. When exposed to humid ambient air, it may gradually absorb moisture and undergo oxidation; prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or strong light will accelerate deterioration and negatively impact its colour, flavour profile and chemical stability. For optimal shelf life and quality retention, sealed storage away from light, heat and humid conditions is strongly recommended.

Product Application
Vanillin is widely used in the fragrance industry to impart sweet, creamy, and bean-like aromatic notes. It is commonly incorporated into fragrance bases and is extensively applied in a variety of perfume compositions, including violet, orchid, sunflower, and oriental fragrance types.
It is often blended with ingredients such as piperonal, benzyl isoeugenol ether, coumarin, and musk to serve as a fixative, modifier, and harmonizing component in fragrance formulations. In addition, vanillin can be used to help mask undesirable odors and improve the overall scent profile of finished products.
