Product Application of Aluminum Oxide CAS#1344-28-1 Alumina features broad application versatility. More than 90% of output is consumed for the production of metallic aluminum. The remaining portion serves multiple purposes, including acting as fillers, adsorbents and catalysts within plastics and other polymer materials. It also functions as a feedstock for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and chemical goods, alongside applications in ceramics, abrasives, refractory materials and other fields.
