Calcium carbonate filled masterbatch is white plastic pellets using PE, PP or ABS as carrier resins. Its calcium carbonate loading can be adjusted and customized to satisfy customer specifications.
Available with particle sizes ranging from 800 mesh to 6000 mesh, this masterbatch is broadly compatible with PE, PP, ABS and other plastic systems. It suits numerous processing techniques such as the production of PE plastic bags, injection molding, extrusion and wire drawing, covering diverse plastic manufacturing workflows.
