Addition Ratio
The recommended addition dosage ranges from 10% to 50%, which can be adjusted according to the specific performance requirements and quality standards of target plastic products. The optimal dosage is suggested to be confirmed through pre-production trials and evaluation tests.
Mixing Method
Blend the sodium sulfate filler masterbatch with plastic raw materials evenly in proportion. High-speed mixers, twin-screw extruders and other conventional mixing equipment can be used to achieve full and homogeneous dispersion of the masterbatch.
Processing Technology
